Input for General Service Conference

Hi Everyone,

Patty, thank you so much for bringing these agenda items to our attention in the Steering Committee... Here are my thoughts on how to get this to the group at large for feedback and input:

1. When would you like to have the information to you by that would allow you enough time to compile it and take it to the General Service Conference? 

2. As I mentioned in the meeting, I remember Amalia (and possibly Alicia) back when she was our GSR, creating a Google Survey for the group to respond to... the issues (as I remember)

a. people didn't feel comfortable opening a link 

b. people didn't know how to use the google platform

My suggestion would be that Patty, you write up a description of how these agenda items came about, what you are asking for from the group, and provide the agenda items in the body of the email along with a requested response date. Then, we can just have members respond directly to the email.  We can send it out via the KFTF email and provide you with the responses as they come in.

Does anyone have an easier way of doing this? 

I know creating a survey or creating a way for them to respond via the website or something like that, may seem easier to those of us who are a little bit more technically savvy, but when I think about these types of things, I always try to think of what the barriers or hesitations would be for someone like Jim A, who was not technologically savvy at all and did not like to click links or provide any of his personal information in a form.... 

Since we need to have this provided to the group quickly, your response to this in a timely manner, is much appreciated!
